New Feature Related To WhatsApp's Last Scene Status

To solve privacy issues, WhatsApp is bringing a new feature to hide "Last Scenes" from strangers.

According to The Verge, WhatsApp has changed the default setting for this purpose from "Every One" to "My Contacts". The "Every One" option allowed anyone on the WhatsApp to view the status.

WhatsApp already has the "My Contacts" option in the Last Scene Status, however, it was not set by default.

It is also worth noting that WhatsApp already has the "No Body" option, which prevents all users from viewing your status.

Your status on WhatsApp lets others know when you were last online or if you are currently using WhatsApp.

Instagram is working on a new option that will allow you to change the arrangement of your feed's publications, which until now could be viewed according to customization algorithms based on user experience, so that they will be able to see the publications of the accounts that They follow in reverse chronological order
Note that WhatsApp is also adding new options to its Disappearing Messages (Missing Messages) feature, which allows users to delete messages in chat after a certain period of time.

WhatsApp said users will have the option to turn on missing messages for all their new one-on-one chats, so that all future messages will be automatically deleted from the service.

WhatsApp messaging app also said that users are being given more options as to how long the message will be deleted.

When the feature was first launched in November last year, users were given the option of missing messages just 7 days later. However, while improving this feature, there will be an option to delete only after 24 hours or 90 days.
